Financial operations
The daily administrative work: invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation and audit support. It includes the bridge to accounting: we don’t replace your certified accountant; we prepare and organise everything accounting needs, and translate back what accounting produces.

Organisation and reporting
We centralise the information in a real-time dashboard. Every document has a place and every euro has a story: when information is organised, deciding stops being an act of faith. We prepare budgets and ensure clear reports for the Board, donors and funders.

Operational and strategic sessions: prices, costs, margins. We help you decide with confidence, from knowing whether there’s budget to hire to finding a plan B when funding falls through.

We communicate without financial jargon. We’d rather say “you have X to hire a project manager” than send charts or complex reports.

Few things bother us more than seeing specialists doing administrative follow-ups. Psychologists, biologists and social workers should be in the field, with people and with nature. We anticipate deadlines and problems so they don’t have to.
